1) You are born a dim star<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In April 2016, while addressing students sponsored by a local bank, Caroline Mutoko stated that she has worked her whole life. She does not know what it feels like not to be working. However, she also cannot relate to being broke, because she has always been working. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to her, no one is born rich. Not with wealth you earned, at least. However, you are born with full potential of getting there. She tells the story of how she completed her secondary school on a 20th November and was already working to make money two weeks later. Work, make it. Lazy around, fail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) One step at a time<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caroline Mutoko\u2019s achievements were not reached in a day. For a lady that started as a messenger to a top-notch managing manager, you can be sure it was not a one-time leap. After school, she started with giving traffic updates for a popular radio station. That\u2019s where her boss noticed her and doors opened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Caroline was given a chance to present on radio, she gave it her best and that\u2019s how her radio career officially took off. She has never turned back since, and advises you to perceive every little opportunity as a stepping stone towards a bigger one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) While education is not really necessary, it is important<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

While Mutoko\u2019s salary is something to drool over, she certainly has invested much in terms of education to get there. Even while she was already making it big as a radio presenter, she still flew abroad to further her studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While education is not really vital in becoming successful, it is important in professional career growth. Caroline Mutoko\u2019s success indicates that there is always something new to learn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4) Discipline<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

While everyone else in her social class became the talk of the town for all the bad reasons, Caroline always had her reasons good. See where that got her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
