          Women are cute when they have their best outfits. The choice of their outfits displays and portray values like neatness, modesty and decency, dignity, and sobriety of a person.           Although dressing modestly for a woman comes at a cost, it should not be compromised suggestive dressing not forgetting the fact that women dress to be seen.
