Co-parenting is a form of relationship which involves critical thinking and mutual agreement between two consenting adults to take on the responsibility of taking care of their children.

This can be as a result of a divorce whereby the two parties agree on raising their child apart.

Dating on the other hand is a romantic relationship between two consenting adults which involves meeting in public places

Probably to get to know one another as each other’s future intimate partner. This could be seen as an early-stage to engagement.

Varieties of Emotions

For one to decide that they are going to co-parent with their former partner, takes a lot of emotional changes. One has to prepare their kids psychologically that they should get used to seeing their parents apart and also the arrangement for each on how to plan visitation days could be hectic.
