The 27-year-old Michelle Kamene Goro, a popular radio presenter revealed her intentions to commit suicide back in 2017. Kamene was brought up from an opulent family with her father been an engineer and mother a film producer. Brought up from Nairobi the radio star was sophisticated around the city quarter. She joined Rusinga School for her primary course studies and later joined University of Nairobi to study Law.

Kamene was very sure that been an advocate was not her thing so she failed to proceed to Kenya School of Law. Kamene’s father was reluctant to meeting her family occasionally due to his commitments in job. Kamene reveals that her body was a challenge to her due to its big size with weird remarks from friends but her mother was always on her side and this strengthened the mother-daughter relationship. Her current curvy figure was not existing by then and this lowered her esteem so much in school especially from the arrogant and mocking comments she got.
Kamene started her career on the screen as a news anchor at a young age of 21 at Ebru. This was quite a great achievement to be proud of. Kamene once said, ‘The audience is king, if you don’t give them what they want you will fail.’ She has been on NRG radio and joined kiss FM for a morning show too.

Kamene recalls on her first engagement at 19 years where at one time she was beaten badly; her jaw misaligned and her one eye affected. With this torture she tried to commit suicide taking almost 70 pills because of the unpaying love affair but her suicide attempts failed. She however tried to blossom her career in this difficult times; getting to job at 7am and be out of job at 11pm. Kamene kept drinking the rest hours to handle her anxious life.

The personality got engaged to a man from South Africa. Later on the year she flaunted her precious ring and relocated to her lovers square. He dumped her by feeling the relationship was not working according to her expectation. Kamene describes his husband as unfaithful, not providing and domestic violence initiator and feels it was a good opportunity to quit too.

Kamene has been in marriage life for one year and was planning for a wedding ceremony when the unexpected happened. Her fiancé made a Whatsapp call to terminate the relationship. This really depressed her and was so awkward to handle. She confirms that up to date she doesn’t talk to her ex and at the moment she is not ready for marriage.
